Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 2nd Steward(ess) for a 80m Sail Yacht
Requirements:
4+ years previous experience.
STCW, ENG1, PDSD, F&H L2/3.
Ideally AUS visa – vessel can assist.
Excellent service skills required and a fine eye for detail. Will be in direct contact with the owners and guests. Can get on without instruction or supervision.
Job description:
Laundry, housekeeping, front of house, service and shipyard planning.
Start date: 12 January
Location: Tasmania
Salary: EUR 5000
Leave: 60 days
Annual bonus, 2 flights per year
Training budget available after 1 year onboard, with masters and owners’ approval. Must be direct benefit to the yacht.
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private & Charter, cruising NZ until May, 7 month refit in Auckland May-Dec, 2026, Pacific, Asia cruising
