The candidate specification
We are looking for a skilled Deckhand to join a private 90m+ yacht, with ideally one year\\\\\\\'s experience, with the position commencing in February, ideally at the start of the month. This opportunity is suited for someone with photography skills and familiarity with land-based sports such as golf, tennis, or padel, which is highly desirable. While expertise in these sports isn’t mandatory, a solid understanding and interest are essential. This is a highly guest-facing role.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the yacht’s exterior, operating tenders, and assisting with guest activities. You’ll be involved in all deck operations, including fishing, watersports, and supporting guests in golf and tennis activities. The role requires you to follow instructions from senior crew members and work independently when needed.
This role offers a 3:1 rotation with 90 days of leave, comprehensive medical insurance, a longevity bonus, and bi-annual bonuses. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
