Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 2nd Engineer for a 75m+ New Build yacht
This is an excellent opportunity to join a New build in the Netherlands, with estimate delivery set for May 2025.
The successful candidate will play a key role during the last stages of vessel build and early operational phases, with the opportunity to transition into a 2:2 rotation once the yacht is delivered.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large yachts and be ready to contribute technical expertise, problem-solving, and proactive maintenance to ensure the vessel's successful delivery and ongoing smooth operations.
Requirements
MCA Y2 or EOOW
Previous experience on vessels larger than 60m preferred
Dutch New build experience beneficial
Start date: 15 Feb 2025
Location: Netherlands
Salary: EUR 7500
Leave: 42 days annual + bank holidays during the build, then 2:2 rotation once vessel is delivered
Delivery May 2025-with private operations
