The candidate specification
We are seeking an experienced 3rd Stewardess with some prior yachting experience to join our team. While this is primarily a stewardess role, we are looking for a team player who is willing to assist on deck when needed.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running, as the first few weeks on board will be particularly busy. Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment are essential.
The yacht operates with a total crew of 9 and follows a dual-season itinerary. This position offers 60 days of leave per year and is available for an immediate start. It is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, adaptable stewardess who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment.
