The candidate specification
We are looking for a 2nd Stewardess to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and able to seamlessly step into the role of Chief Stewardess when needed. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives on taking responsibility and can efficiently manage a wide range of tasks across all departments.
We value previous leadership experience, ideally in the yachting industry, and are looking for someone who is presentable, sociable, and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, able to take initiative and confidently step up in the absence of the Chief Stewardess.
