Are you ready to bring your skills to a dynamic, fast-paced environment aboard a heavy charter yacht? We seek a dedicated Deckhand with a strong yachting background to join our exceptional crew. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure and is passionate about delivering excellence in every aspect of their role.
To be considered, you’ll need at least two seasons of yachting experience and a proven track record of long-term commitment and reliability. Confidence in tender operations is a must, along with certifications such as a Nav Watch Rating or Yacht Rating. If you hold a PWCI, that’s an added bonus and highly valued by the team.
Generous tips, reflecting the hard work and dedication of our crew. In addition, you’ll receive a €1,500 training allowance after just six months on board, helping you further develop your skills and career. For every year you remain with on board, your leave entitlement will also increase by three days, demonstrating our commitment to recognising and rewarding loyalty.
