We are seeking a deckhand with a positive and team-oriented attitude who can seamlessly integrate into a close-knit crew. The ideal candidate will have a trade background and a strong work ethic, paired with the willingness to learn and grow in this hands-on role.
This position requires someone who can assist with day-to-day deck operations and maintenance. The role is active and hands-on, so candidates must be physically fit and ready to take on new challenges. Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to skill development are essential.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a trade background. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanour at all times are key qualities we’re looking for in a successful candidate.
