Summary
Silver Swan is playing a key role in the building of a full palace team based in Qatar. Working closely with the on-site management team, we are looking to hire a team of 78 permanent members of staff across 8 divisions. Salaries range from $3,000 – $15,000 net per month with your own accommodation.
You will be interviewed by the team in Qatar and where possible will be flown for a face-to-face interview in London (all expenses covered).

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Operations:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices to maintain competitive positioning.
Protocol & Etiquette:
- Ensure adherence to high-end service protocols and etiquette, aligning with international hospitality standards.
- Train and mentor staff in fine dining service, table setting, and guest interaction etiquette.
- Oversee VIP events, dignitary visits, and high-profile functions, ensuring flawless execution.
- Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue generation.
- Analyse financial reports and implement strategies for increased profitability.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality while controlling costs.
- Guest Experience & Quality Control:Maintain superior quality standards in food, beverages, and service.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and ensure prompt resolutions.
- Implement guest feedback systems to enhance service delivery.
- Team Leadership & Training:Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing food and beverage team.
- Conduct regular training on hospitality etiquette, service excellence, and protocol adherence.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Safety:Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety and hygiene.
- Stay updated on local and international hospitality laws and regulations.
