The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Deckhand to join the team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience on a well-structured yacht with strong crew longevity. The yacht offers a fantastic opportunity to develop deck skills, work with an experienced team, and be part of a professional and supportive environment.
You'll be joining a team of 5 deckhands, assisting with all deck operations, maintenance, and guest activities. The owner follows a set schedule, ensuring clear leave periods.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of yachting experience and already be located in the Caribbean or US for ease of joining. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
- Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of yachting experience, Strong deck skills and willingness to assist on deck, hardworking, team player, and eager to develop in a structured environment
