The candidate specification
We are looking for a skilled Deckhand to join a private 90m+ yacht. This opportunity is suited for someone with photography and videography skills but not essential.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the yacht’s exterior, operating tenders, and assisting with guest activities. You’ll be involved in all deck operations, including fishing, watersports, and supporting guests in golf and tennis activities. The role requires you to follow instructions from senior crew members and work independently when needed.
This role offers a 3:1 rotation with 90 days of leave, comprehensive medical insurance, a longevity bonus, and bi-annual bonuses. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of yachting experience
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1 and PBL2
- Due to Cabin Arrangements: Male
- Required Visa: B1/B2 Visa (advantageous)
