The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a well-presented and professional Purser with strong charter experience to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a proactive and guest-focused approach, capable of seamlessly managing all shore-based concierge services, working closely with the Chief Stewardess, who oversees onboard activities.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate logistics efficiently while delivering an excellent experience for guests. They should also thrive in a team environment and be comfortable interacting with a diverse and active crew.
- Required Experience: Previous experience as a Purser, preferably on charter yachts, strong organisational and administrative skills, confident handling guest requests and shore-based arrangements, ability to work collaboratively with the Chief Stewardess and wider team
