Job Description:
We are looking for a Chief Stewardess for this brand new 70m MY. Rotational position (10 on 10 off).
Seeking an experienced and qualified profile to lead the crew and ensure the seamless operation of the vessel. Team of 5, laundry stew included. She will assume overall responsibility for the Interior efficient operations. Implement and adhere to high standards. Work closely with the Captain to ensure alignment with client's expectations. Plan yacht operations for dual-season cruising, focusing on the Mediterranean and Red Sea. Ensure the yacht meets the highest standards during both summer and winter seasons.
Extensive experience on similar-sized luxury motor yachts. Familiarity with dual-season operations in the Mediterranean and Red Sea is a great plus. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse and service-oriented crew.
