Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chief Officer to join a 35m charter yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and hands-on professional with strong knowledge of deck operations, tender driving, and maintenance.
As Chief Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing deck maintenance, safety procedures, and navigation support, ensuring the yacht is maintained to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Captain to manage charter operations, guest activities, and itinerary planning, requiring excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cruising. Strong tender driving skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead the deck team efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role on charter yachts of similar size, hold the necessary STCW, ENG1, and Chief Mate 500GT (or equivalent) certifications, and demonstrate a solid understanding of yacht maintenance, safety protocols, and guest service. A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide seamless charter experiences are key for this position.
