Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join a 35m charter yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative culinary professional with strong knowledge of diverse cuisines, provisioning, and high-end yacht catering.
As the Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional meals tailored to guest preferences, managing all aspects of the galley, including menu planning, provisioning, budgeting, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards. You must be confident in preparing a variety of international cuisines, dietary-specific meals, and high-end plated presentations, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for both guests and crew.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Chef on similar-sized charter yachts, hold the necessary STCW and ENG1 certifications, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure during busy charters are essential. Experience with Mediterranean cuisine and local provisioning is a plus.
