Job Description:
We are looking for a Sole Chef for a 45m+ new build yacht.
Right candidate should have previous experience in the same role on similar sized vessels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
The role requires expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on Italian Cuisine but also open to International dishes.
The chef will prepare meals for up to 10 guests and 10 crew members.
Preferably non-smoker and with no visible tattoos. Fluent English & Italian.
The yacht will primarily be used for charters in the Mediterranean and based in SOF during the winter.
Under normal operations, the yacht is mainly active during the summer season.
Mixed nationality crew.
