Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Head of Service for a 100m+ yacht
We are currently seeking a skilled Head of Service for this wonderful yacht with great crew. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone reliable looking to further their career on this prestigious yacht.
Requirements:
- Must be experienced in HOS role (100m+, leading a team of at least 4/5 stews)
- Good solid yachting experience and longevity coupled with a background in hospitality.
- Proven leadership/management skills
- Extensive cocktail experience
- WSETL2
- All certificates up to date (with at least 6 months on ENG and STCW)
- Designated security duties
- Food & Hygiene Safety L2
- Must be confident in front of guests and enjoy guest interaction as this is a big part of this role.
Start date: 01 April
Location: Antigua
Salary: DOE
Leave: Time for time rotation – 1 day worked = 1 day earnt. ROT is flexible so that both heads share trips/maintenance each season.
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private vessel, dual season. Crossing early April, will then have a short yard period in BCN prior to the summer season in the Med.
