Requirements:
Culinary degree or long term experience working as Sous chef/cook, Clean Galley habits, good attention to detail, Warm personality. Healthy Variety cooking. Longevity and good verifiable references a must!

Job Specifics: Will be working with full time head estate chef. Need someone who is a self starter and comfortable managing a kitchen by themselves for light meals and snacks. Head chef will oversee all entertaining but the Sous chef will be responsible for working independently when cooking lunch or dinner for the family. You will also help serve and with service. The family generally eats very simple meals. Very nice employers to work for.
Family style, clean eating and health conscious. Active family. No drama, hard working and relaxed environment.
Chefs will rotate for time off. Must be confident to cook as sole chef when needed. Should be located in US for in person interviews

Ground/Yacht duties:
Looking for ground/yacht maintenance person.
This particular role would be someone who is willing to help keep the grounds clean and manicured. To assist with washing the three boats and general maintenance.
Looking for someone who is at least 1-2 seasons under their belt. You will have a leader to guide you. You will share a room and accommodations with the Sous Chef. However we could potentially pair this role as a team with the Sous chef for the right couple as they could take one wing of the staff house and be quite comfortable together.
5 day work week unless requested to be on more during times when we have a lot of live in guests (happens rarely)
Salary range: To be discussed and finalized during hiring process. Fair wages. USD
