Location: S. Florida

Itinerary: S. Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean, Med (2026)

Licenses: Ideally 200GT + 

Requirements: 3 years full time on a boat at least 85’ or larger. Good engineering experience

Experience in the US, Bahamas, Caribbean and ideally the Mediterranean.

B1/B2 visa or US

STCW + Refresher as needed

ENG1 or medical fit for duty: (min. 1 year exp.)

Fit and healthy

Very stable, calm, and professional demeanor.

Solid communicator

Job Description: Captain with good record keeping, budgeting, organizational skills. Solid communication skills with owner and broker.

- Solid experience on similar size yachts 

- Kind and outgoing. Friendly and professional. Mature and Calm.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience

Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, etc. to be finalized during interview process 

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
