Summary

• 70m New build Private Motor yacht are looking for a Bosun/OOW to join them 1^st of May 2025

• Prestigious build yacht due for launch towards the end of Summer 2025 with a world cruising program once launched!

• They are ideally looking for an experienced Bosun who has recently gained their OOW and is keen to progress with the next stage of their career. The role will include running the daily deck operations and the team however you will also gain bridge exposure and step up to cover the 3^rd officer for multiple months of the year

• The role will initially include a lot of the deck set up, SOPS, LSA/FFE inventories along with training the deck team as they get closer to launch

• Great build team currently in place with longstanding Captain and experienced yacht owners. We have already placed multiple crew into the build across several departments

• World cruising itinerary planned after initial shake down season and warranty period

• They are looking for a driven and motivated Bosun/OOW who can support the final stages of build and looking to gain additional responsibility with time. There is good potential to grow with this program as it becomes established after launch!

• Full time build contract initially with standard leave package which will roll into a 3:1 rotation once you complete your initial probationary period. Salary range of 5200-5500+ USD, 13^th month, discretionary training allowance

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
