Seeking a Captain & Chef Team for the following:
90ft FF Private & Charter M/Y based in the Bahamas
This 2020 Horizon operates with a dedicated crew of 4, accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 cabins, and maintains exceptionally high standards. The vessel has upcoming charters already booked and has received outstanding reviews from clients, many of whom have rebooked. Charters include a 34ft catamaran tender, offering guests diving, spearfishing, and offshore fishing as key activities.
This position is strictly for a Captain and Chef couple.

Charter rates up to $95,000 per week + all expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of vessel operations, ensuring safe and efficient charter experiences
- Maintain high service standards, guest satisfaction, and overall yacht presentation
- Navigate Bahamas cruising grounds, with expertise in local regulations and customs
- Coordinate charter logistics, guest itineraries, and provisioning to deliver seamless charters
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and operational procedures
- Maintain strong communication with the owner, management company, and charter guests
Requirements:
- Captain must hold a 200GT license or higher
- Chef must have prior yacht charter experience with a proven ability to deliver high-quality cuisine
- Extensive charter experience with a successful track record as a team
- Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills
- Ability to manage a professional crew and high-end charter operations
- Deep knowledge of Bahamian cruising areas
- Must provide previous owner references
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
