Seeking a Captain & Chef Team for the following:
90ft FF Private & Charter M/Y based in the Bahamas
This 2020 Horizon operates with a dedicated crew of 4, accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 cabins, and maintains exceptionally high standards. The vessel has upcoming charters already booked and has received outstanding reviews from clients, many of whom have rebooked. Charters include a 34ft catamaran tender, offering guests diving, spearfishing, and offshore fishing as key activities.
This position is strictly for a Captain and Chef couple.

Charter rates up to $95,000 per week + all expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a diverse, high-quality menu tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Manage all aspects of galley operations, including provisioning, inventory, and budgeting
- Prepare fresh, creative, and well-balanced meals for guests and crew
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness in the galley, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Work closely with the Captain and crew to ensure a seamless charter experience
- Adapt menus and meal schedules based on guest activities and special requests
- Source high-quality, fresh ingredients, particularly in the Bahamas region
Requirements:
- Prior yacht charter experience with a strong culinary background
- Must provide previous owner or employer references
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
