Bosun

Summary

• 80m Dual season Private Motor yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them in the next 2-3 weeks

• This is a great opportunity for an established experienced deckhand/lead deckhand with large yacht experience to take a step up into their first Bosun position

• Must have 4+ years’ experience and have time spent onboard 60m plus yachts with a good overall skillset in both maintenance, operations and tender driving

• They are looking for someone who is motivated, able to lead from the front and guide the existing deck team with all areas of deck work and operations

• The boat runs a dual season itinerary and cruises both the Med & Caribbean – Plans for this Summer will be Turkey, Greece and South of France. Winter plans currently TBC

• They are looking for a hard worker, someone who isn’t looking to re-invent the wheel but confident with leading a team and passing on experience to the junior deck crew

• On offer is a salary of 4500-4700 Euros DOE, 90 days leave (taken as and when) along with 3 return flights, 13^th month bonus

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
