Bosun

Summary

• 60m Single season Private motor yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them by the 7^th April

• This is a good opportunity for someone with a couple of solid years experience under their belt looking to take on more responsibility and step up to Bosun

• You must hold Yachtmaster Offshore and ideally be working through your OOW Modules

• Some experience with holding watches would be preferred as you will be given exposure to watches when underway with the guidance of the Captain

• Maintenance skills are a must, and you need to be confident with daily maintenance, teak work along with paint systems and products

• The yacht runs a single season program with extensive Med cruising from June to October and Wintering in the South Of France

• Lovely owners who look after the crew well and give the crew gratuities when using the yacht during the Summer!

• On offer is a salary of 4500 Euros, 42 days leave contracted with additional unpaid leave optional during the Winter months, flight allowance and training support

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
