License Required: Master USCG 100gt+ 

Requirements:  

STCW + refresher

ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months) 

Experience US East Coast, Florida, Bahamas

Strong Engineering skills as this is an older yacht 

Other Requirements: Active, happy disposition.  

Responsibilities: Captain and engineering maintenance.  

Needs to be able to be accountable and responsible.

Needs to know maintenance and troubleshooting. Oil changes, hydraulics basics, plumbing, the basics are good.  

Need an active captain, hands on and help ensure safe operations for the family, service. Facilitate fun things for the Owners and Guests to do. Trip planning.

OTHER: Owner will use for entertaining his family. Children, Grandkids 

It runs with 1-2 full time crew. - Captain/Engineer, and a Deck/Stew/Cook would be ideal.

Once you establish the owner's use and needs, additional crew can be discussed as needed. 

Crew quarters: Bunks and a head. When a guest room is available that can be used as well. 

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines.
