Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Deckhand for a 40m+ yacht
Requirements + Responsibilities
- Yacht Master/ Yacht Rating certification (preferred)
- At least 1 season experience
- Exterior maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and detailing
- Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and watch duties
- Supporting the team in all aspects of daily yacht operations
- Proactive mindset
- Charter experience is a plus
- Yard experience beneficial
- Personal training background is a bonus
Start date: First week of April
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR 2800 DOE
Leave: 38 days
Vessel and itinerary – Vessel currently in Italy, summer charter season cruising the Med, followed by shipyard period in winter if vessel does not sell.
