Sole Engineer in Spain

Summary

We are looking for a Rotational Chief Engineer for a 40m+ Private/Charter S/Y.

-Rotational Position (3:3) to start end of May.

-Itinerary: Dual Season vessel. Summer in the Med then Winter in the Caribbean and then onto the Pacific.

-The ideal will have a minimum Y3 (or equivalent) in hand.

-The ideal candidate will have a passion for sailing.

-Dive qualifications are a big bonus.

-Total of 7 mixed nationality crew on board.

-Should be fluent in English.

-Non-smoking vessel.

Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
