The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a skilled and confident Sous Chef to join an 80M+ charter yacht for the busy Mediterranean season. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Mediterranean cuisine and capable of producing high-quality, fresh dishes for both guests and crew. You’ll be working as part of a team of three in the galley and catering to approximately 12 guests with a crew of 31.
This is a fast-paced, professional galley environment with equal tips available. You must be a team player, able to work efficiently under pressure, and comfortable with charter demands.
- Required experience: Previous superyacht experience. Must be confident with Mediterranean cuisine.
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Level 2 Food Hygiene
- Required Visa: Schengen (if applicable)
