The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Captain to take the helm of a 30M+ private yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for someone stepping into their first command. The ideal candidate will be an active and hands-on leader who is ready to take full responsibility for the safe and efficient running of the vessel.
You’ll be joining a close-knit crew of 6 (with the ability to scale up to 8 during guest trips) and will be expected to foster a positive onboard culture, lead by example, and ensure high standards are maintained across all departments. A good handover with the outgoing captain will be provided.
- Required experience: Experience as Chief Officer or Captain on similar size yachts. Strong leadership skills and readiness to take on first full-time command.
- Qualification: Master 500GT (or higher), STCW, ENG1
- Required Visa: B1/B2 or Green Card
