The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a warm, confident, and guest-focused Stewardess with at least one season of experience to join a fun and supportive interior team. You’ll rotate between housekeeping and service, working closely with a Chief Stew, 2nd Stew, and a tight-knit team of six. The role is highly guest-facing, so energy, professionalism, and confidence are key. The owner is very involved and enjoys getting to know the crew, so a positive attitude and ability to offer seamless service with a smile are essential.
Ideal candidates will thrive in a team that values creativity, collaboration, and going above and beyond to deliver amazing experiences for the owner. While this isn’t a highly regimented boat, high standards and attention to detail are expected. A background in front of house, bar, or mixology is a bonus.
- Required experience: At least one season on board. Guest-facing experience with confident service and a proactive, can-do attitude.
