The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Temp Sous Chef to join a fantastic crew for a two-month contract. You'll be working closely with an experienced and supportive Head Chef in a galley team of two. This is a great opportunity to step into a well-run program with excellent leadership from the Captain and Head Chef.
- Required experience: Previous experience as a Sous Chef on yachts of a similar size is essential. Must be confident preparing a wide variety of high-quality dishes in a busy galley environment. A calm, flexible, and team-oriented attitude will go a long way onboard.
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Required Visa: Schengen Visa (if applicable)
