Blue Oceans Yachting powered by Crew Unlimited is in growth mode, and we are currently in search of an "A" to head up our Brokerage Division in Europe based out of Antibes, France.
What does that mean, an "A"? It means an A student, someone who dots the i's, crosses the t's, and takes great pride in everything she or he does. Good enough seldom is, and we need someone who pays attention to the details, because the devil is in the details, right?
So by details, we're talking about the whole Yacht purchase and sale process, from initial interest, to selection, survey, sea trial, closing documentation, registration, and eventually charter management or new construction guidance.
Our future European Managing Broker will have, on top of this incredible attention to detail:
- an established home base in the south of France
- minimum of 5 years success in selling luxury yachts
- long history of holding a position of responsibility
- strong relationships with powerful clients and brokers
- reputation for truth and honesty
- excellent written communication skills
- charisma, zest for life, and true love of yachts and the Yachting industry
- and above all, grit!
What we offer is a 70/30 split for your deals and a 10% override of the deals your team produces, plus access to all the tools a proper brokerage provides to ensure success.
