Classic US FLAGGED 100ft Charter M/Y based in Maine for the Summer Season
This beautifully refit, historic motor yacht offers a traditional and elegant yachting experience. The program is classy yet laid-back, catering to guests who appreciate the charm and history of a classic vessel. We are seeking a Sole Stewardess for the summer season, with the potential to transition into a permanent role if desired.
The vessel charters out of Maine during the summer months and operates with a small, professional crew, excellent Captain.
Start date ideally by June 1st or sooner. Pay is dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage all interior operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and crew
- Provide high-level service during charters, including table settings, meal service, and beverage service
- Handle guest laundry, cabin housekeeping, and interior detailing
- Assist with provisioning and inventory management for interior supplies
- Coordinate with the captain and chef to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain the vessel’s classic charm through attention to fine details and traditional presentation
- Support exterior crew with lines and fenders during docking when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sole Stewardess or in a similar role on vessels of comparable size
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage all interior responsibilities independently
- Professional, courteous, and discreet demeanor
- Experience with charter guests and the ability to anticipate their needs
- An appreciation for the classic yachting style and high attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Previous references required
