Crew chef required for this beautiful, dual season charter yacht. Galley team of three.
5:1 leave rotation. Must be male due to cabin arrangements.
At least one season onboard a yacht (ideally 60m+). Excellent landbased hospitality / experience working in high-end restaurants/ kitchens, is essential.
An organised, hygienic, positive individual who’s passion is cooking.
Someone who strives to please by providing a variety of healthy, delicious and nutritious options on a daily basis, for a hard-working (large) crew. Time management must be second to none. A team-player who will manage his galley space well, be able to adapt to changing plans, and be fit and active enough to keep up with the pace.
The successful candidate will excel in provisioning without wastage, and be open to constructive feedback and criticism when needed.
This role is that of a crew chef, so this area will be your main responsibility, in addition to stock / stores and inventory management, cleaning and organising of cool spaces / dry stores, and deep cleaning.
