Summary
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a well-regarded 60m within the next few weeks.
- Lovely team onboard with great Captains and Head Chefs - they have worked hard to create a really positive and enjoyable working environment.
- You will be responsible for cooking for the crew both on and off trip, as well as assisting the Head Chef with guest food.
- The vessel spends a lot of time chartering in the summer so past charter experience would be advantageous. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 seasons onboard.
- Dual season vessel that focuses on a Med/Caribbean itinerary - that said they are going to some interesting locations this year.
- The salary for this role is 4,500 euros as well as 60 days of leave.
- Share of owner and charter tips, which are worth factoring into the overall package.
- Having your B1B2 in hand would be advantageous.
- If someone could be available sooner, then they would be happy to move ahead.
