We are looking for an established Chief Stew to join this 50m in a Mentor position for the summer!
- This is a unique role we are looking to fill! we have a 50m yacht, recently launched that would love to find a Chief Stew to mentor their experience 2nd Stew so that she is ready to take over the role end of Summer 2025
- The yacht is both private & charter and the owners are relaxed
- The 2nd Stew has a fantastic CV and is very strong in certain areas but would like to learn and grow in others, specifically the charter side of things
- We are looking for an ego free Chief Stew that would love the chance to join a yacht with a great team and mentor the 2nd Stew into the finished Chief Stew Article!
- You will be hands on and hands off. Supportive and nurturing as well as being able to give constructive criticism in a kind, positive way
- There will be charters booked in summer so someone with great experience of all things charter, being creative and cocktails would be amazing
