Summary
Sous Chef needed to join a privately owned 65m in early March.
- Dual season vessel that cruises internationally. The vessel goes off the beaten track and spends a lot of time near good diving spots - if you are into your diving, this program is for you as you will get regular opportunities to go diving!
- There is a really nice team onboard who are all into their fitness - this said, someone who also enjoys an active lifestyle would enjoy the environment they have created.
- You will mainly be responsible for cooking for the crew with limited need to cook for the guests.
- Ideally you will have at least a few seasons of experience onboard a similar sized vessel and be confident cooking for 15-20 crew members. You will also ideally have culinary training/restaurant experience.
- The Head Chef is looking for someone who is confident in their responsibilities, but she is also happy to teach and mentor - providing a nice opportunity for someone to grow under a really nice Head Chef.
- The vessel is currently in the yard doing some extensive work so there will also be an opportunity to build on your yard experience.
- Salary is depending on experience but will sit at 5,000 euros + as well as 60 days of leave on offer.
