Summary
Sole Chef needed for a 40m private/charter motor yacht, to join in April 2025.
- This is an established program with a wonderful team onboard, you will be running the galley solo cooking for 11 crew as well as the guests.
- The yacht is dual season and tends to spend it's time between the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
- Existing knowledge of plant-based diets (vegan and vegetarian) and different dietaries will be needed for this role. We also need a Chef with a proven history of running a galley solo. You will have at least a few seasons of experience in similar roles as well as a culinary background.
- Charter experience would be advantageous.
- You will have to have your Ships Cook certificate in hand already.
- The salary will be depending on experience, but most likely sit around $7,000 -/+.
- Time for time rotation on offer.
- There is also a good bonus structure and additional perks as well as charter tips.
- Start date will most likely be towards the end of March/the start of April.
