An exciting opportunity is open for a polished and professional Chief Stewardess to join a standout 80ft Sunreef Power Yacht. This vessel is run to an exceptionally high standard and operates with the service quality of a much larger yacht. We are seeking someone who thrives in both charter and private environments and is ready to contribute to a tight-knit, excellence-driven team.
About the Program:
- Summer: Based in the Northeast U.S. and used strictly by the owners.
- Winter: Busy charter season in the British Virgin Islands, where the yacht commands top-tier bookings due to its elevated reputation and onboard standards.
- Yard Period: The yacht will complete a brief yard period at the end of April before beginning its summer cruising schedule.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous charter experience and understands the rhythm and expectations of high-end guest service.
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and able to confidently lead the interior with creativity, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Brings a warm, approachable energy to guest interaction and has a strong background in service, housekeeping, and interior presentation.
- Is aligned with sustainable practices—this is an eco-conscious program, and the yacht is operated in a completely impact-free manner.
- Is looking to commit for a few seasons to support program continuity, crew cohesion, and uphold the yacht’s outstanding reputation.
- Works well within a small team and is happy to collaborate closely with the Captain and Chef (who are a couple).
