Experienced Charter Chief Stewardess – 50m Motor Yacht
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Chief Stewardess to join a 50-meter Motor Yacht operating with a dual private and charter program. This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead the interior team of three.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent service standards with proven guest interaction experience
- Knowledge in wines, themed table settings, and high-end service
- Hands-on approach and willingness to support the team in all areas
- Positive, mature, and proactive attitude
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and inspire
