Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an AVIT/ETO for a 70m+ yacht
We are currently seeking an experienced AVIT/ETO Technician for an 70m+ luxury yacht. This is a rotation position offering a unique opportunity to work on a busy private vessel.
The vessel will spend a few months in the shipyard before and after the summer season.
Requirements
· Strong experience in both electrical and IT systems on yachts, with a broad skill set in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
· Previous experience in working with AV/IT systems
· Knowledge of Navigational, Communication, AV/IT Systems
· Knowledge of Electrical Power Generation and Distribution Systems
· Shipyard experience a must
· Excellent communication skills, as you will be reporting directly to both the Owner’s team and the Owners themselves.
· Must be a problem-solver, with strong troubleshooting abilities
Start date: End April/Early May
Location: Barcelona
Salary: EUR 8000
Leave: 2:2 rotation
Private vessel used by owners and family.
Shipyard period in BCN before and after the season (March-June 2025 / Sept-April 2026)
Summer season cruising Sardinia, SoF and Norway TBC
