Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 3rd Eng floater/tender mechanic to join a dynamic team on a 75m+ New Build
This position is ideal for an aspiring engineer who can work on deck, stand bridge watches, and drive tenders and watercrafts
Requirements & Responsibilities
· Powerboat Level II Certificate and PWC Certificate (required).
· Previous experience in maintaining tenders and water toys (wave runners, sitting and standup jet skis)
· Yanmar Engine experience or relevant OEM certification preferred.
· Must be able to stand bridge watches and assist with deck duties as required.
· Tender & Watercraft Maintenance
· Ideally someone who has a Trade Certificate in hand, having served an Apprenticeship in the field(s) of either Marine boat Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Car Mechanic, Fitter and Machinist, Electrician or Mechatronics.
· Great communication skills
· Strong team player with a positive and proactive approach
Start date: 1 April
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 3800
Leave: 30 days with 2 flights home p.a ( 60 days once operational)
European new Build-Launch July aprox
Will be a dual season vessel.
